Dear fellow particpants in this miracle making week: I hope you took some time over the last day to really capture for yourself the feeling of your desires fulfilled, as explained in the previous post. That one practice can be a powerful tool for transformation and miracles.
Today I’m offering another one, and it may challenge some of you. Trust me, there are many good reasons for you to put it into practice — especially if it is challenging for you to do it at first.
Both psychologists and metaphysical teachers agree that “what you focus on expands” (Seth put it this way: “You get what you concentrate upon. There is no other main rule.”)
You don’t have to be a fan of the “law of attraction” school of thought to benefit from this practice. It works so powerfully on so many levels that it WILL help you if you will simply do it.
Please take this practice with you today, and in the midst of your daily activities look for every opportunity to apply it. Look for examples of the qualities you’ve been wanting to bring into your life, and mentally praise, bless and celebrate them.
As Gerald Jampolsky says, “Be a love finder, not a fault finder” today. Turn away from anything negative that tries to grab your attention, and deliberately seek out examples of the beautiful, the good, the worthy. Look for examples of people expressing and enjoying the kinds of blessings that you are seeking to manifest in your life.
You can read the full explanation here. Feel free to either do or omit the extra breathing exercise (whichever you prefer), but make sure you do the first part of the practice as much and as sincerely as possible.
In addition to the people and things around you, you may find examples on television, in magazines, on the internet, in movies or books. Look for positives (for example, loving couples if you are seeking to manifest an ideal relationship) and appreciate them wholeheartedly.
There is a possibility that this practice may flush some negative beliefs up from your subconscious mind. If so, take note, for these are the beliefs which have been keeping you from attaining your desires in this area. Jot down what comes up, then go back to the practice.
Kindly give yourself the gift of practicing this today with genuine enthusiasm and zeal. If you keep at it, you will love the results.
